Keep your website fast, updated and working after launch.
A site isn't finished at launch. Software ages, plugins need updates and small changes pile up. I offer ongoing maintenance and support so there is one person who knows your site and can fix problems quickly, instead of hunting for a new developer every time something breaks.
About this service
Most websites do not fail on launch day. They fail slowly: a plugin goes out of date, a form stops sending, pages get slower, or a small change sits on a to-do list for months. Maintenance means someone who knows your site keeps looking after it.
I offer two simple ways to buy that help. Hourly support is INR 250 to 300 per hour, and you pay for the hours used. The 6-hour support pack is INR 999 for 6 hours of maintenance and support, which suits sites that need occasional fixes without a monthly commitment. Prices include GST.
I can support sites I have built. For other sites, I start with a short technical review so I can tell you honestly what shape the site is in and whether maintaining it or rebuilding it makes more sense.

How it works
1. Quick review
I look at your site, how it is built and what is currently broken or slow.
2. Agree the work
We agree what needs doing first and which hours option fits: hourly support or the 6-hour pack.
3. Do the work
Fixes, updates, performance work and small changes are carried out and checked.
4. Keep going
Send me the next issue when it comes up; you are not starting from scratch with a new developer each time.

Frequently asked questions
What does a maintenance plan include?
It depends on the site. Typical items are updates, fixes, performance checks and a number of small changes each month. I agree the exact scope and monthly price with you before starting.
Can you maintain a site you didn't build?
Often yes, after a short technical review to see what shape it is in. I'll tell you honestly if a rebuild would be cheaper than maintaining it.
How is the project priced?
Fixed-price proposal after a free 30-minute scoping call, with milestone payments tied to delivery. No hourly billing surprises.
Do the prices include GST?
Yes. All prices on this site are in Indian rupees and include GST.
Who owns the code?
You do. You own 100% of the code and IP once it's handed over.
Can you work with clients outside India?
Yes. I work in IST and overlap 4+ hours daily with EU and US East. I'm happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.
What counts as maintenance and what counts as a new project?
Fixes, updates, performance tuning and small changes are maintenance. New features, new sections or a redesign are scoped and quoted as a project.
Can you maintain a site that someone else built?
Often yes, after a short technical review. I will tell you honestly if a rebuild would cost less than maintaining it.
How do I choose between hourly support and the 6-hour pack?
If you need a few fixes or small changes now and then, the 6-hour pack is simple and low cost. If you expect regular or larger work, hourly support gives you flexibility.
How quickly do you respond?
I usually reply to enquiries within 4 hours. Response times for ongoing work are agreed in writing so there is no guesswork.
Tell me what you're building.
Share the problem, not the tech. You'll get an honest scope, timeline and price.
