A custom web app is software that does a job: customer logins, dashboards, bookings, billing, internal tools or a SaaS product. It needs a database, user accounts and more careful planning, so it is scoped and quoted after a call rather than at a fixed list price.

I design the pages and build them, sharing weekly demos so you see progress and can give feedback while it is cheap to change.
4. Launch
The site goes live on its domain with Google Analytics and Search Console connected, so you can see visitors and search performance from day one.
5. Support after launch
A 30-day tune-up window follows launch for fixes and small adjustments. Ongoing help is available through the maintenance plans.

What is the difference between a static website and a dynamic website?
A static website shows the same pages to everyone and has no admin panel, which makes it fast, simple and cheap to run. A dynamic website or web app stores data and responds to users, for example with logins, bookings or a dashboard.
Can I edit the content myself?
A static website has no admin panel, so content changes are made by me and can be covered by a maintenance pack. If you need to edit content yourself, a site with an admin side is quoted after a free call.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes. Every site I build is designed to work properly on phones, tablets and desktops.
Will people be able to find my website on Google?
I build sites with clean structure, fast loading and correct page titles, and connect Search Console so you can see how you appear. Ranking also depends on competition and content over time, so nobody can honestly promise a specific position. If you want ongoing work on rankings, see the SEO and ads plan.
How long does it take?
