About this service
Selling online works best when the store is fast, easy to use on a phone, and set up so that orders, payments and emails just work. I build complete stores end to end, so you deal with one person from planning to launch and the months after.
There are two packages. The custom-coded store is built from scratch for your business, includes 1 year of hosting, and gives you full control of the features. The Shopify store is set up end to end on the Shopify platform, which is quick to launch and well suited to many brands, but Shopify hosting is not included because the store runs on Shopify's own plan, which you pay to Shopify. Both include 3 months of post-deployment support.
If you are not sure which is right, that is a normal question. We talk through your products, how you sell today and where you want to be in a year, and I will recommend one honestly, including telling you when the cheaper option is the better one.

Payment and email integration
Online payments and email (order confirmations and notifications) are set up as part of the build.
Analytics and Search Console
Google Analytics and Search Console are connected so you can see visitors and how the store appears in search.

Shopify, WordPress or a custom store: which should I choose?
Shopify suits most stores that want to launch quickly with reliable hosting and checkout. WordPress / WooCommerce suits content-heavy sites with a shop attached. A custom store makes sense when you need workflows a platform can't handle. I'll recommend one on the scoping call rather than push a favourite.
Can you improve a store I already have?
Yes. Product page, checkout and speed improvements are common, smaller engagements.
How is the project priced?
Fixed-price proposal after a free 30-minute scoping call, with milestone payments tied to delivery. No hourly billing surprises.
Do the prices include GST?

You can continue with a maintenance plan, either hourly or a 6-hour pack, or contact me only when you need something.
Do you upload my products?
How many products are included and who uploads them is agreed in the written proposal so there are no surprises.
How long does it take to launch?
